This volume has been extensively revised since the last edition in 2005. It contains stamps of Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific Ocean (including British, French and American territories), and the South Seas including the Falkland Islands and Antarctic Regions.

There have been many changes and editorial corrections, and with the five year gap, large numbers of price changes mostly upwards, the publisher particularly noting the period from 1990 to date.

Booklets are now included for many countries, and a new overview table for Australian booklets.; It includes Dues and Officials (both perfins and overprints, but not the South Australian Departmentals)

It is one of the thickest Michel titles with 1788 catalogue pages, including a full country index for the overseas volumes. As well as the introductory notes and glossary, there are two area maps. Well over 100,000 items are priced, backed up by over 20,000 black and white illustrations. This has the new style cover in purple.
