I reviewed the first edition in April 2007, when it came with a CD.  This is a paperback in full colour, but with no single sequence of page numbers. This edition has been edited by Graham Howard, dateline Moscow.

The number of sheets illustrated is more than double the first edition, and many new issues have been added. The Chapter headings are: The Smilers Story, Generic Stamp Sheets, Customised Stamp Sheets, Business Customised Stamp Sheets, Themed Sheets and covers, (this section not priced), Commemorative Stamp Sheets, Smilers for Kids Packs, Isle of Man customised Sheets, and Universal Mail Customised Sheets. In addition, there are three Appendices dealing with Smilers Stamps, Publicity and Dealers.

There is a twenty page index at the beginning of the book, which by a combination of colour coding and matching coloured thumb edges throughout the book help the user to locate the required item, providing he knows what he is looking at.
