The title is misleading since the 272pp devoted to the Stamps, are followed by another 142pp devoted to the Postal Stationery. In full colour throughout, this is an excellent value at the cover price, with the one drawback that most of the information and notes are in the Korean text.

However the catalogue is easy to follow, with an English contents list, and the names of the issues are also given in English. However since the last edition I reviewed, (see Exporter April 2006), many of the basic philatelic headings are also shown in English.

The regular stamps are sectionalised into series, but the commemoratives are fully chronological. Semi Postals and Air stamps are separate, as are the Christmas and "My Own Stamps" issues.

The postal stationery includes the early Proof and Presentation sheets and then the Cards, Aerogrammes and Christmas Seals in separate sections. However the 40+ Advertising Postal Cards and 800+ Local Advertising Postal Cards issued after August 1998 are not illustrated, and have no English translations.
