As before this volume contains GB, Channel Islands and Ireland, plus the Benelux countries.

A huge number of price changes, mainly upwards have been recorded, principally because of collector demand, notably in the Netherlands.

Latest issues are March 2010 for Guernsey and Netherlands, April 2010 for Belgium and Ireland, May 2010 for GB and Isle of Man, and June 2010 for Jersey and Luxembourg.

Many picture captions have be amended to make them more useful to the thematic collector. In Netherlands, all eleven different perforation combinations used for the 1923 Coronation set have now been individually listed and priced.

As well as providing comprehensive booklet and pane details, Michel also lists and prices the Post Office Machine Counter labels, Telegraph stamps, etc.

Michel also provides tables of year prices, miniature sheets in separate lists etc: very revealing in this form. GB for example managed just 12 miniature sheets between 1978 and 2001, since when 45 sheets have been issued.
