Over two years since the first edition, but the 144 A4 page extent and price remains the same.  However, disappointingly, this edition includes South Africa issues only up to November 2006, Botswana to December 2006, Lesotho to October 2006, but Swaziland  (January), and Namibia (April), do show issues in 2007. Once again Mozambique is omitted.
