The text has been reset. The listings for the various countries show Venezuela to end 2004, Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay and Peru to middle or end of 2007, and the others to early or middle 2008. A small number of new varieties have been added to the earlier listings. The Departmental Stamps of Argentina have be re-written: Uruguay stamp booklets are now included: Surinam has a complete listing including pre-Independence issues: Machine labels are listed for Argentina and Brazil.; Design Indexes are provided for Bolivia, Peru and Surinam. British Post Offices are listed after each relevant country. Ecuador includes Fiscals and Telegraphs used for postage as well as the Galapagos Islands. Colombia is comprehensively covered including the Private Air Companies, the States and Civil War Provisionals.; The SCADTA general issues have a separate section. Prices have been thoroughly revised, and the editor comments that the early classic issues in particular show substantial increases. |
