Over two years since the last edition of this normally annual catalogue, mean a further 30+ pages, with new issues listed up to the end of September 2008. The weak pound means a substantial increase in the UK cover price. It is still illustrated in black and white throughout.

As usual it lists all the postage stamps, miniature sheets, dues, officials, telegraphs, pre-cancels, booklets etc with a useful design index. Prices are also given for FDCs.

Postal stationery includes cards, commemorative issues, maxi-cards, etc.  There is a section devoted to airmails including stamps, first flights, zeppelins etc. Current postal rates are also given. An integral perforation gauge is provided.

Reflecting its main market the catalogue is bi-lingual in French and German and the numbers of both Michel and Yvert catalogues are given for each stamp.

A true pocket-sized volume, despite now having 538pp.
